My experience over Obstetrics "random bump"

My ObGYn is not available till august 8th for me to get a check up and i'm just panicking and need some advice. For about a week or so now i've had an itch on only a specific part its on my lip but kind of on the inside as well. Not itchy anywhere else and there is a bump if i do itch it.. i try not to. I recently had mono and got checked for stds through a blood test and it was all clean. have not had any sexual partners since. Its on and off. I am also getting a lot more discharge than usual. its mainly clear and sometimes white but rarely. Anyone else have this before or know what it means? The blood test tested for the basics. so just not herpes but everything else. i've had a yeast infection before and uti so I know what those entail this just feels different.
