Obstetrics - Vaginal laceration:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Vaginal laceration"

Hi! So, I am a 21F, 60kg/163cm. I do smoke and have no relevant health issue, thanks God, except an almost solved vaginismus. No allergies or other.

I had my first time two days ago. I suffer from vaginismus, but I've been able to have vaginal sex, finally. We used the condom. (Saying this because who knows, it may be an allergy to lattex). I noticed I have a small laceration on the bottom of my vagina. Almost perineum zone. It's small and goes inside just a little bit. I know this is from having sex, but I am afraid it can become infected or something. I washed it with a neutral pH soap and it burned a bit. Do I have to book an appointment with my gynecologist or just keep it clean until it heals alone (if it can)?

I read this happens when the you are not wet enough. Is this the case? Or it's normal because of the first time?

Thanks a lot!!
