My experience over Obstetrics "Am I spotting?"

I had sex on the last day of ovulation according to the FLO app and he came in me and then I started spotting 3 days after and then the next day just small amounts then it skipped too every other day the tiniest amount once he came in me almost every day since then. Is this implantation bleeding or just my body being silly! I am due for my period in 5 days apparently. I have pressure in my abdomen and right side and back pain not sure if it’s period symptoms.

Also if I get my period how many days after a period am I most fertile?
