My experience over Obstetrics "Fluconazole Question!"

backstory: i just finished Clindamycin for BV. it cleared my discharge & fixed my scent! i do have a slight itch on my clit. should i take the fluconazole? my doctor gave me one pill a month for maintenance but i’m afraid if i take it it’ll mess me up again. does fluconazole kill bad gut bacteria ?
