What is "Obstetrics " ?
Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Help with the pill?"
I started the pill a few months ago (loestrin) for my period, and have skipped all the placebos (my mom told me since it's for my period, I can skip them altogether).
About 32 days ago, I started bleeding, and a week or two ago I passed what I think is a decidual cast, except I'm still bleeding. Every story I've found, they've stopped bleeding and stopped feeling pain, but I'm still bleeding, and today, I more chunks of tissue came out.
I have an appointment with my gyno tomorrow, but I'm going with my mom and I'm really scared. I'm new to ALL of this, and terrified.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried?
