My experience over Obstetrics "Period like bleeding - no uterus"

Hi! So I have an odd problem. June 22nd I had a total hysterectomy (left behind ovaries) due to endometriosis and abnormally frequent/heavy periods. I stopped bleeding 4-5 days after surgery and have had 0 problems.

As of about 2 days ago I started feeling severe sharp pain near my right ovary. I have been ignoring it hoping it stops (dumb I know). Today I am VERY dizzy. I am well hydrated and in an air conditioned home. Have not done anything to over exert myself. I took a cold shower to try to help and when I got out, I used the toilet and noticed I was bleeding. It looks like what I’d see before my period would start.

It’s bright red spotting and bright red discharge. Could anyone maybe give me an idea of what’s going on? I have an appointment with my OB on the 11th but I’d like to know if this is important enough for the emergency room or should I just ride it out?
