My experience over Obstetrics "Gyno can’t figure out what’s wrong"

I am at my wits end with frustration. All my tests (culture/STD) came back negative, but there is definitely something wrong. Two weeks ago my bf and I had intercourse. In the week that followed, my vagina became very swollen and itchy, with yellow discharge. I called my obgyn and was prescribed a yeast infection pill after describing my symptoms. Said symptoms got much better in the week following my taking the pill, however, there is still discharge (now white with a sour sweet odor), burning, and pain within. This happened back in February as well. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Or what I could ask to be tested for? As I said, all test results came back negative, but there is no way this is normal or healthy.
