My experience over Obstetrics "Is it possible to get pregnant on day 3 of period?"

I'm on a 26 day cycle, and according to my Flo app my ovulation day is supposed to be on the 22nd. Im usually very responsible during sex, and today my bf did pull out but on top of my pelvis area and I saw the sperm drip down to that area.. I'm very anxious about pregnancy and choose not to use BC due to negative experiences I've had with it.. I have plan b just in case, but I've taken plan b 3 times in the past year already and REALLY don't wanna take another one. Should I just take the Plan B or is there a high chance I won't get pregnant?
