What is "Obstetrics " ?

My experience over Obstetrics "missing period, negative tests spotting. help??"

me (21F) and my bf (26M) had sex May 31st, before we started having sex we were doing some foreplay. i had given him head(he didn’t finish) and he was like wet? i’m not sure if that’s precum but yeah he had a lot of it as i gave him head, when it came to us having sex in the heat of the moment we both said yes to him just putting the tip into me without a condom, after we wanted more, he put on a condom and then we had sex. skip ahead to June 5th i start getting tender breasts. June 10th: we had protected sex June 11th: i started spotting. Waking up June 12th i started my period it ended on the 16th. My Flo app predicted my period to start July 12th(spoiler alert, it didn’t come) July 8th i saw brown discharge on my underwear and because my period was coming i assumed it arrived early. July 9th i expected my period to actually start but nothing happened, i had no cramps, tender breasts or anything. from July 8th-July 13th I just had brown discharge. i only saw it when i would pee and then wipe. it didn’t stain my underwear or leave anything on the pad, besides the first day. my flo app now says my period is now 6 days late. i’ve taken two tests and both came out negative. is it possible that my period could’ve came and was just brown spotting/discharge? i’m regular, it lasts me 5 days, the week before i always get tender breasts and minor cramping and back pain. it’s possible it could be moving back to a later date but even now i don’t feel anything. i don’t have any cramping, tender breasts or back pain. has anyone ever experienced this before?? i’ve never had this happen to me before and im not sure what to do pls help !
