My experience over Obstetrics "Pregnancy or something else? No period after 7 weeks post DNC and blood test results"

I had a miscarriage in the beginning of April (13 weeks). I then had a DNC at the end of May because my doctor discovered small tissue that was still there. I'm 7 weeks post DNC and still no period. I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I did a blood test for hcg and it was 558. Is this pregnancy or something else? Anxious because I haven't been trying to get pregnant (waiting until period). Office is closed until Monday. Will they test my blood again?
