My experience over Obstetrics "Would starting yeast infection treatment immediately make treatment more effective?"

I noticed a yeast infection and had one course of treatment there but one tablet fell in the Toilet... now im scared... would the fact that I started immediately after noticing make it more likely that it's gonna be the same as full treatment? Like it wasn't very developed...
