My experience over Obstetrics "I’m in immense pain and don’t know what to do :("

Thought I had a UTI a month ago but tests came back negative. Was put on antibiotics anyway. Symptoms went away shortly after that. About a month later symptoms started coming back. Tested negative again for uti, yeast, bv, and, various sti’s. Symptoms haven’t gone away and include Irritation after pee, frequent need to pee, watery and bloody discharge, pain after sex, swollen, and cloudy pee. Any idea of what this could be? Have a obgyn appointment next week.
