My experience over Obstetrics "20 Week Ultrasound Results"

Hi all, I received the following ultrasound results my 20 week screening:

Placenta is posterior and Grade I. There is a complete posterior placenta previa.

Is the "Grade 1" referring to the category of placenta previa I have? Or what does the Grade 1 mean?
