My experience over Obstetrics "Bleeding after having sex (6 weeks pp)"

Yesterday I had sex with my bf for the first time after giving birth. I had a tear and got itches, it healed and my obgyn gave me her ok to have sex a few days before. So, we tried with my bf and in some positions I felt uncomfortable, like, it hurts a bit in the place where I got the tearing and my vagina felt less elastic (?) Anyways, after a couple of minutes I could enjoy the moment but then I saw that my fluid was reddish, like it was mixed with blood. Today I’m bleeding, it’s not too much and don’t feel pain but idk if it can be normal.
