My experience over Obstetrics "Can someone please answer? What is this on my private area? Could it be cancer or a desease?"

Why is there part of the skin that is a strange and darkened tissue comparet to the skin next to it?
What could it be?
There’s also something like a mole. I’m worried that it might be something dangerous.
I’ve had it for years.

Is there something I can try to remove it? And even it out and make it the same (thicker) tissue as the rest?

What are some ointments or things that are used on that type of tissue? (mucosa I think)
