My experience over Obstetrics "Extraovarian cyst? Can’t find too much about them online…"

I can’t find too much information online about extraovarian cysts so I’m wondering if anyone has this diagnosis and maybe knows more? I mostly find research papers about malignant extraovarian cysts / carcinomas which is sort of concerning…

My latest ultra sound states: “Simple cyst in left adnexal region is extraovarian. Differential includes paraovarian cyst, fallopian tube cyst, or pelvic duplication cyst.”

Any input or shared experiences is appreciated.
