My experience over Obstetrics "Femilon or Yasmin for pcos related ?"

Which is better Femilon or Yasmin ? Which has helped wrt pcos, skin, lot of pigmentation, hirsutism, oily skin, some growth in breasts size and also on case one has hypothyroidism and taking Metformin along with OC pills. Please share your case and experience
