My experience over Obstetrics "help please!! question about BV"

I have never had bv and i’m pretty sure I have it. The thing is, I do not have health insurance and I was looking online and everything just kept saying I need a prescription to fix it. is there anything I can buy over the counter whether it’s a gel/pill/whatever? hopefully something that won’t be too expensive:/
