My experience over Obstetrics "What is this lump/bump?"

I have a hard painful lump that appeared a few days ago. Since then it’s hurting more, changed to purple/black head, and doubled in size. It has started bleeding I believe from friction while walking. The size is huge, it feels like a Dots candy. I’m 29, haven’t had sex since January 2020. Any ideas what this could be and how I got it? Also, is there anything I can do for it until I can go to urgent care?
