Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Is this an STD?"

suspected i had a yeast infection or UTI, but now i have these sores. i went to urgent care on saturday. they swabbed me internally, and i took a urine sample. they prescribed me antibiotics that i pick up monday. they also gave me a shot to prevent/treat possible gonorrhea.

i’m just super worried if these are herpes or something or if it’s just from friction.

i’m itchy, it stings and hurts and it burns to pee. i have very liquid/milky discharge
