My experience over Obstetrics "Pap Smear results (worried)"

I got my first Pap smear last week and I just received my results and the note left on my report said, “ Fungal organisms morphologically consistent with Candida spp “ I’ve tried reaching out to my OBGYN but it was the weekend so I couldn’t get ahold. Please if anyone could help me understand this I’m very worried.
