My experience over Obstetrics "Laparoscopy scar pain"

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I had my surgery April 28,2022. When i got home from surgery i laid down for about 30 minutes and someone called saying my dad had been found passed away. So obviously i didn’t get to do bed rest or anything like I’m suppose to. But I’m on month 5 and my scar hurts. If I’m just doing normal things it doesn’t. It only hurts if i put pressure on it like leaning against the counter or something. It’s like a weird pain tingling sensation. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if me not being able to rest after surgery affected the healing process. But it’s the scar at the bottom of my belly button. Thanks in advance.
