My experience over Obstetrics "black spots normal?"

I've noticed 2 very black spots on my labia. I'm very sure they've never been there before. They're not bumpy or anything, just skin discoloration. But they're also not tiny dots like I've seen in pictures. I'd say they're about the size of a corn kernel. Is this normal or something I should have check out? I'm 37 if that helps in any way.
