My experience over Obstetrics "reporting a Wisconsin OBGYN for removing IUD without my consent"

An OBGYN ripped out my IUD when I had an appointment to discuss maybe removing it. I made it clear with the nurse I was paranoid about it moving or implanting and she suggested the doc could check the strings and placement as part of my decision making. I made it super clear I was only CONSIDERING a removal.

Doc came in, asked me bout IUD removal, I told her I had been thinking bout it. That was the whole conversation about it. When she asked me to move and lay back I thought she was going to check the strings. She ripped it out immediately without saying anything.

I'm 20 years old and so totally traumatized. I'm in a state without legal abortion and a doctor ripped out my IUD without my consent.

I have been trying to get the HR of the clinic to take my complaint seriously but it's been of no fruition.

Who can I report this doctor and clinic to? There's gotta be some sort of medical board or something right?
