My experience over Obstetrics "uti or something else?"

okay this is kinda long so bear with me. for about 2 years now i’ve dealt with what i thought was BV, bc my discharge has a smell and is chunky. about a month ago, maybe longer, i got a mild uti and went to the doctor, got the meds, and it seemed to go away. but now for about a 2 weeks it feels even worse. it burns when i pee or is mildly uncomfortable, and i’m going to the bathroom a lot more. but usually when i have a uti i pee a lot and it’s barely nothing, and this is at least half the amount i usually pee every time i go. so i’m thinking maybe i have a weak bladder or urinary retention? i also have no idea if the discharged is somehow connected. i’m obviously going to go talk to a doctor, but has any dealt with anything similar? anything that i could use to help with the discomfort? i hope this isn’t gross, i’m just rlly struggling. thanks.
