My experience over Obstetrics "What could an enlarged inguinal lymph node be from?"

27F - I'm extremely worried after getting my ultrasound results that show my left inguinal lymph node is 3cm. It is not painful but I've been having cramping leg pain and pelvic pain :( also irregular and light periods for the last 4 months If that could be related. I've taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I'm so nervous. I don't have an infection or anything. My doctor doesn't have an opening until next week and I'm just hoping to have some peace of mind before then. Should I be concerned?
