My experience over Obstetrics "!!!PLEASE HELP!!! I have an infection that won't go away"

Over a year ago I had sex with my bf and didn't pee after. The next day I woke up and had the most painful pee of my life. Just straight blood. I went to urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics. The pain with peeing subsided but then I began having yeast infection like symptoms: itching, burning, pain with sex, dryness, chunky thick white discharge, sometimes watery discharge, etc. I attempted to treat over the counter with no such luck so I saw a doctor as the pain and symptoms got worst. I did not test positive for a yeast infection or for anything on the culture. After about a month I developed the tiniest most painful little sore, about the size of a ball point pen on my labia. My doctors tested it for herpes and it was negative. I was prescribed amoxicillin and found the first relief in months, unfortunately this only lasted a few days. I cried and pleaded with my doctors because I felt we were onto something. They said they'd done multiple cultures and nothing was growing. There was no way I had a bacteria infection. After constantly returning every few weeks because the symptoms have not resided they kicked me out of their practice saying "there was nothing they could do" and " it was "all in my head". I've tried other routes such as boric acid, diet change, probiotics, cranberries, tea tree oil, you name it. Nothing. I then went to another doctor but the same process was repeated. A few test, large bills, and "nothings wrong with you its in your head". I then found some telehealth doctor to prescribe my clindamycin claiming I had a UTI. This was the most relief I'd felt in over 9 months now. I was ecstatic. Then about 5 days later the symptoms returned. I went back to my doctor pleading that I had an infection and needed antibiotics. "you don't have an infection, you are fine." I have tried every alternative I can think of but antibiotics have been the only relief I've found, but even then only for a short period. Does anyone have any suggestions? Alternative medicines, cleanses, anything? Has anyone experienced something similar? I am so hopeless at this point. Its been 14 months and I've only had a few days of relief. Please help, I cannot go on living like this....
