My experience over Obstetrics "what other reasons could you have excessive discharge from adolescence to adulthood?"

I (32F) been having excessive discharge from the age of 12. And have been prone to UTI/Cystitis from 9 but at least in the range of 9-20yrs old, it was spread out to 0-3 times in 3 yrs apart. It increase little by little by 25 where it all went down on my 25th where i started to 3-6 in 2yrs. I never had unique discharge to tell me when i have uti or even yeast infection because it had always been excessive (ex. enough to wear liners everyday).

But fast forward as of may 2022, this time test was positive for Ureaplasma after years of tests and got it treated... And first time in that time and after, i stopped having excessive discharge?! I was like whatt????

Does that mean i had it from.. young age? And maybe Ureaplasma became dominant when i became sexually active(age 24)?

(Reason why I bought up Yeast Infection is because i recently has burning without the discharge and clotrimaderm 1% cleared it. So it made me wonder what if the discharge was it too? Rare occasion i did have the itch but that was in my preteens. And never treated it. It was before google and i never understood what canesten was for. Though the burning would be separate times..)
