My experience over Obstetrics "Bleeding after orgasm??"

So I have the implant contraceptive in my arm. Its mostly convenient but started making me bleed nonstop for months so now I also take the pill to stop the bleeding, which was great.

Until about a week ago I noticed that I bleed after having an orgasm! Kind of odd, but that’s definitely what’s causing it. I noticed after having an orgasm (either by penetration with a partner or non penetration by myself) I bleed immediately afterward and the blood is bright red and over the next 48 hours it kind of fades into brown and then goes back to my normal white discharge color.

I know this is TMI but my obgyn is no help, all she says is that irregular bleeding is normal with the implant and has nothing else to say and no other answers to my questions (I found out that taking the pill helps with this on my own). So Im hoping someone could tell me why this is happening/ what I can do to stop it and prevent it?

I have read that the contracting of the uterus that happens during orgasm can kick start your period if you are already close to the start of your period. But I havent had a regular period in years and I dont have a full period; like I said it doesnt last a full week, the blood gets lighter and lighter as time goes on.

If you have knowledge on this or have experienced this please please help a girl out!!
