My experience over Obstetrics "bumpy painful rash around vagina opening ."

yesterday my vulva was very irritated on the bottom lips and underneath and and around the opening. today there’s like a bumpy skin colored/ slightly red rash/ white bumps/patches in some places. started using a new feminine wash do u think it could be because of that???
