My experience over Obstetrics "Cry for help"

I know this is minuscule compared too what I see on this forum , but I’m Honestly tired and don’t feel heard . In june i received an ultra sound , I have two large polyps with a ruptured cyst .

Last month my bf and i were having intercourse, soon after he went too the restroom , and screamed “what the fuck”. I entered the bathroom and saw blood and a large clot on his genitals. (I wasn’t menstruating) . I cried I was so embarrassed

Now we did it again he told me he smelled the blood as we had sex it was potent . Im 27 no kids and I have pcos I just feel like shit ut sucks
