Obstetrics - Issue with my birth control patch, I need advice:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Issue with my birth control patch, I need advice"

Long story short, my insurance is being annoying and I’ve been having a lot of issues recently with getting my patches. I knew I needed to speak to my doctor but I’ve been so caught up with this course im taking that I haven’t had time/kept forgetting. Now, I was suppose to change my patch today but the pharmacy said that “I shouldn’t need more for another 5 months”. I was going to call my gyno today but by the time I was free, the office was closed. I’m going to call when I wake up but I don’t know how long it will be until I’m able to have my birth control patches. I already know I’m going to be having terrible terrible cramps (I get them rly bad when I mess my birth control up), but idk how to make it less bad. I’m wearing a patch and it’s been on for a week now. Would it help to leave it on? Is there anything I can do to prevent pain? Besides just like taking meds. Thank you! Rlly don’t wanna deal with how painful it gets
