My experience over Obstetrics "left ovarian volume of 96.1 mL via transvaginal ultrasound"

5.6 cm endometrioma was found as well. What does this high of an ovarian volume mean, please?

The highest ovarian volumes I've had had in the past with simple ovarian cysts were around 13 and 17mL.
