My experience over Obstetrics "Spotting and cramping on klyenna 3 years I really need reassurance"

Hi I had spotting before in the past and actually quiet recently. Week ago I did go to gyno to check my strings all looked great and no issue. I dud mention spotting I experience due to not having period ever since getting iud. She said that’s completely normal to experience spotting once in while. I also got transultrasound I think that’s what it’s called. Reason why I got it was bc I had a hemorrhage cyst rupture couple months ago and it was follow up. My recently came back great and no issues. My iud is in the right place, no cyst, everything looks normal, iud didn’t shift. Now week or 2 later this weekend with my bf experiencing cramping but I always do sometimes when I’m pms but I spotted and then it goes away and it came back when I just whiped. It’s not enough to fill pad or tampon or to even go in toliet but when I wipe I see it. It freaking me out. Everything looks good and no concerns and I don’t know if it’s in my head and trust everything is okay. I hope it’s normal usally when I spit goes away doesn’t come for while but it’s sooo light the color just freaking me out
