My experience over Obstetrics "Started my BC a little early"

So I started my BC two days early because I wanted my period to be finished. I took the first pill of the pack on Friday night and then the second night I took it at the same time. I still had spotting or bleeding on Saturday. Saturday night I had unprotected sex and then woke up on Sunday still spotting a little. Today I just went to the bathroom and I have some brownish/red spotting or maybe just discharge. I’m not sure if it’s because I started my period or if I should be concerned? The guy didn’t finish in me, can someone help?
