The parents figured it out and eventually exchanged babies back, it was a big deal for a few days in my city.
I love my RE and she's been in the trenches with me figuring out my medications for the last year and half. Unfortunately, its time for me to escalate and she agrees. I really want to use her because I feel like she knows my body. She's also very compassionate and thinks women with PCOS are fertility goddesses, which makes me feel good even though I don't really believe that lol. I have had one on one care with her and adore her. But the clinic that she uses had this major lawsuit plus I'm wondering if it is better to have a one-stop shop where the attending physician is also part of the IVF clinic. My husband thinks that this lawsuit has probably made this clinic now extra careful. The real question is - does it really matter if the physician and the embryonic IVF clinic are separate? Is there a significant interruption in efficiency and transparency if it is not a one-stop shop? My RE would be doing the retrieval etc. Also, sorry if this is a dumb question but I genuinely do not know and asking directly would result in an obvious biased answer. Thanks.
