Hi, my wife and I are new to IVF as of this year. We had an egg retrieval earlier with a frozen embryo transfer scheduled this week. We have started to administer the progesterone in oil shots to her back side. I believe I may have been injecting the first few into her Gluteus Maximus vs Medius.
Does anyone have any idea of if that would render the shots useless and therefore we have not been getting the progesterone into her system? Or is it okay for the first few to be out of place since we have to do it for 12 more weeks.
I understand I need to correct my injection location, but I’m worried that the first few shots might not have done what they needed to….
