My experience over Obstetrics "Anyone else experience abnormal spotting on adderall?"

(F19) I’ve been on birth control combination pills for about 10 months now. I’ve thankfully had limited symptoms. I was doing continuous birth control until I started spotting so I started taking it as normal. The past 2 months I’ve been spotting a little and having small clots in between periods despite taking it on time and correctly. The only things that’s changed is I started taking adderall and omega 3 for digestion but neither of those have reports of effecting birth control so I’m very confused. Any similar experiences?
