Obstetrics - Extreme stomach pain after sex

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Extreme stomach pain after sex"

Idk if this is the right place to post this but here it goes: It doesn’t happen every time, but for 10+ years now I’ve sometimes had extreme cramping and pain after sex. It’s so extreme sometimes that it sends me into what I can only describe as shock and my body reacts by sweating from literally every pore on my body (not exaggerating I literally am drenched in sweat afterwards and I don’t typically sweat much at all) and I feel like I’m going to pass out. Most of the time when it happens it’s not as bad but it’s still extremely painful. It feels like what I imagine contractions feel like, or just crampsX1000 plus how it feels to need to take a shit but i don’t need to shit(most of the time, a couple few times I’ve gone to the bathroom and I did in fact shit which seemed to help the pain subside). The whole episode usually lasts from 10-30 minutes and starts almost immediately after sex. I’ve been on birth control since I was around 18 due to being diagnosed with endometriosis (I used to have my period for 21 days out of the month and get cramps so bad that something similar to these episodes would happen but not as extreme), I got off birth control (depo) at around 23 because I hadn’t had a period in years and I was experiencing menopausal symptoms. They told me I couldn’t get pregnant but I did, twice, and had two surgical abortions over two years. After the second one I said never again and had the nexplanon implant inserted in my arm. Now I have regular periods and no endometriosis symptoms, but it seems like these episodes are happening more frequently. Just for background info I’m 29, 5’3” and 120lbs. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What was it? What did you do?
