My experience over Obstetrics "Missed period not pregnant"

So I am on my placebo pill week of my birth control and I haven’t gotten my period,I’m also having ovarian cyst pain. I took two pregnancy test on the fourth day of my missed period and it says I’m not pregnant. Just not sure as to why I have skipped my period because it has never happened before. Should I take another pregnancy test?
