My experience over Obstetrics "my anxiety is killing me over pregnancy scare"

i dont know if this post is allowed but last saturday my bf and i had sex. he didn’t penetrate me for long and he said he was not close at all while he was inside me. i got off after a bit anyways because i told him i was not comfortable with him not having a condom on (i know it’s stupid anyways). he did not ejaculate in me at all. anyways, i have been freaked out since and i don’t know what to do since it’s too early to take a test but i am supposed to get my next thursday. any advice ? my anxiety is killing me and i don’t know what to do, i have a pregnancy test but i know taking it now would provide me inaccurate results. i also am not on BC nor did i take plan B ☹️ i just need some advice

note: i know it was a bad decision and it won’t happen again, i just did not want to disappoint him in the moment, pls be nice ☹️ it’s actually killing me waiting for my period
