My experience over Obstetrics "Period came a week earlier?"

Ok so I started bleeding a bit, a week before my period was supposed to come. I didn't have the usual symptoms that I have when I expect my period like, my lower body hurts and I feel tired. What worries me the most is that it's not even my normal period. This is the third day and my flow is very light. I usually change my cup after 3-4 hours because it fills up so quickly but now I can leave it for like the whole day and it's not full. I don't take any birth control and I haven't had sex in a while. I would go to an obgyn but I'm on Erasmus right now and I can't really speak the locals' language.
