My experience over Obstetrics "Same Cycle Length (Normal)…. but comes a week early each month?"

Hi All!

I have a pretty normal cycle. This month, it came 25 days after the start of my last period. It usually comes between 28-29 days each month.

I use two apps to track my period which are both fairly accurate. I see, however, and so far, they’ve been right, that for the next few months, my period will come a week later even though the time between each is about the same.

So for example: if it comes April 18th-April 22nd, it’ll come May 15th-May 20th, then June 11th-June 15th, etc. I remember when my period used to come on the same exact date each month or at least always come the last week of each month. Is this one week earlier per month schedule normal? When I count the days between the predicted first dates, it’s always 28… so I’m a bit confused.
