My experience over Obstetrics "Abnormal uterine bleeding + after sex?"

Hey everyone - I’m consulting reddit because I wanted to get some opinions before I go to the doctor since I am a broke college student & paying for medical bills is not ideal for me rn. I am 20, on combo birth control pill, and have no history of pregnancy. A few weeks ago, I had sex a day after my period with my boyfriend and it caused bleeding and very uncomfortable pain which never happens. I brushed it off because I figured it was normal since my period just finished. We kept trying the whole week and I would be in pain and I would bleed after. On Thursday we tried again and I have not stopped bleeding since. It started out light but now its heavy and heavier than my normal period. I also just started having some pain when I urinate. I already had a negative pregnancy test. Based on my symptoms, I think I could have a polyp or cervicitis. Or could it just be caused by my pill (I have been on it for over 9 months)? I don’t know what to do or if I could even get a pap smear while I am bleeding so heavy. Should I wait till I finish my cycle and see if it goes away? Any advice would help!!
