My experience over Obstetrics "Possible reoccurring yeast infection + white blood cells in urine"

After every period over the past 3 months I’ve been treated for a yeast infections but no swabs were ever done I’ve gone back to doctors today with suspected yeast infection AGAIN. She tested my urine and said there’s high white blood cells and then done a swab . What does white blood cells in urine mean ? She said I don’t have a UTI but didn’t say anything else .
