My experience over Obstetrics "Breast?? pain? help me"

Okay this is going to be long winded.

A few months ago a started getting this pain around my right breast. I feel it in my side, under the breast, in my back and in my arm even. Sometimes it’s a dull ache, and sometimes it feels more like a sensitive feeling. It isn’t constant, but it happens often and lasts for a long time. Now, right before this started happening i actually went to planned parenthood. I thought i felt a lump in my breast, but the doctor said she didn’t feel anything at all, and that i have fatty breast tissue. To my understanding, that makes it easier to detect lumps and such especially in mammograms and ultrasounds. I have a doctors appointment for a follow up in a few weeks but i’m freaking terrified!!!! I’m only 20, so i know it’s very unlikely in the first place, but i’m so worried it’s cancer. I’ve always had “odd” breasts. They’re quite large, the right one always having been a bit larger. I started working out regularly(running, walking and jogging for 30 minutes minimum 3-6 times weekly) in late march. My left breast seems to have shrunk a bit since this, which i’m assuming is from weight loss. But i truly don’t know what to think of this whole situation. has ANYONE else gone through this???
