My experience over Obstetrics "Hard Painful Lump in Vulvar Vestible"

I shaved about 2wks ago and noticed when I was showering yesterday that there was a painful pea sized lump in my vagina, I showered again tonight and noticed that it got a little bigger. Planning on going to an OB-GYN tomorrow, boyfriend took a look and said it looks like a hair bump. Advice would be appreciated!
