My experience over Obstetrics "Is eaging grilled chicken meat safe during pregnancy?"

I just had a chicken steak made on grill/bbq with coal, it was not too well cooked but seemed okay. Is the grill on coals safe enough to kill the bacteria? How many days should I watch for symptoms in order for me to be calm? I'm only worried for my baby!
