Obstetrics - is there a gynaecologist here who can answer a question about uterus arcuata and cervical septum?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "is there a gynaecologist here who can answer a question about uterus arcuata and cervical septum?"

A couple of weeks ago I had an MRI to see if I have endometriosis. They didn't see anything that made them think I have it. During the post-scan consultation the gynaecologist told me this, but later I found out in my dossier that he didn't tell me everything that the radiologist found on the scan. In the report it says I have an "uterus arcuata" with a "septum in the cervix". (These might not be the correct terms in English though, as I live in Europe, but I suppose medical people will recognize it.) I tried to find information on Google and I did find some information but especially the septum part I couldn't really find anything. Can someone tell me what it is? And I'm also wondering in particular if these affect the chances of getting pregnant? Thank you!
