Obstetrics - Ovarian cyst on left side (golf ball size, maybe a little smaller now), getting pain in right side?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Ovarian cyst on left side (golf ball size, maybe a little smaller now), getting pain in right side?"

Last week after having what I thought was gas pain, I (F23) went to the ER and was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my left ovary. They did an ultrasound, and my right ovary looked clear. On top of severe bloating pain in the following days, I started getting a dull ache intermittently on the slightly low right of my belly button. It comes and goes, and isn’t too severe.

Two days ago, I started my period. Oddly enough, the cyst has been pretty tolerable, but my right, non-cyst side has had near constant cramps (I don’t normally have long lasting cramps) for the first two days- only one sided! It’s easing up a bit today, but I also just noticed that right side ache again.

Could this all be related to the cyst on the other side?

It’s all pretty tolerable just bothersome and tiring. Just strange, but I also have a high pain tolerance.

Thank you! I’m seeing my OBGYN in June but it’s a bit of a wait, and I’m in the midst of it all now, week 2 of ovary chaos and I’m just exhausted.
